Confessions of an expatriate: I’m sorry I couldn’t get to you

Say something; I’m giving up on you!

I don’t know what this song is intended to mean, but sometimes during my nostalgic longings, when I hear this song I feel an overwhelming guilt associated with being an expatriate. And other times it feels like mirror talk, like a plea to ones-self and a feeling of helplessness. I’m sure in others it stirs up emotions of relationships past.

Any other expats listen to this and miss home? (Feel free to disregard Christina’s melodramatic face at the end. That aside, the voices are amazing. (That’s right Louis CK, i said amazing!)
